OUR WARRANTEE

Return & Warranty Policy

At R&S Laser Technology, all machine sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstance. Each system is custom-built, tested, and configured to order to meet the unique needs of our customers.

No Returns or Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our fiber laser machines, press brakes, welders, air compressors, and other industrial equipment:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns or cancellations are accepted after an order is placed
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or operational misapplication

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Warranty Coverage

All machines come with a limited warranty, depending on the model:

  • 1-Year Warranty: On most standard machines and components
  • 2-Year Warranty: On select models,  and higher-tier systems
    (Warranty terms are outlined in your purchase agreement or product documentation.)

Warranties cover manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. They do not cover damage caused by improper setup, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or neglect.

Freight & Shipping Damage

If your machine arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Include clear photos of the crate, machine, and damage. We will assist in filing claims with the carrier and replacing any affected components if damage occurred in transit.

Support & Service

While returns are not accepted, we offer:

  • Remote troubleshooting & technical support
  • Replacement parts during the warranty period
  • Ongoing service for supported models
