The PRO Bevel 20FT Tube Cutter – 6000W is a next-generation fiber laser tube processing system engineered for fabricators who need complex bevel cuts, weld-prep edges, tube saddles, coping profiles, and 3D contouring with absolute precision. With a full 20-foot (6,000 mm) loading capacity, a heavy-duty frame, and a powerful 6000W MAX Photonics laser source, this machine delivers unmatched performance in structural steel, industrial fabrication, automotive tube work, and high-precision manufacturing.
Unlike traditional 2D tube cutters, this system uses a 3D bevel-capable RayTools cutting head, enabling angular cutting up to ±45°, perfect for weld prep, mitering, chamfering, and advanced joint preparation. Combining the bevel head with an industrial 12” pneumatic chuck, the system can handle large-diameter tubing with full positional stability and tight rotational accuracy.
The machine is controlled by the FSCUT TubePro + TubeBevel software package, allowing ultra-precise bevel path planning, automatic compensation, corner control, and 3D toolpath interpolation.
